Lagos-Helicopter-Crash
The helicopter crashed into a residential area in Oba Akran road along Kudeso junction Lagos about 30 minutes ago, ENigeria Newspaper understands.
Eyewitnesses say the helicopter immediately burst into flames after landing. Officers of the Lagos Fire Service, RRS, LASTMA, FAAN are all on ground at the scene.
Two people believed to be the pilots of the helicopter have been rescued. It is however unclear if there were other passengers on board the ill-fated chopper.
Details are still sketchy as we await further response from the authorities concerned.
