More Than A Year After, Pastor Lazarus Muoka Buries Wife in Imo State

Pastor Lazarus Muoka, founder of Lord’s Chosen Church has buried his late wife, Joy Muoka in his hometown of Imo State.

ENigeria Newspaper reports that Joy Muoka, wife of the Lord’s Chosen Church founder died mysteriously in July 2023 while the church kept mute on the cause of her death as well as any possible burial plans.

This newspaper further understood that Pastor Muoka had since been devastated by the loss and we understand is not the first time he has suffered such rude shock in marriage.

It would be recalled that the cleric reportedly married Joy after losing his wife in 2010 in a mysterious manner.
ENigeria Newspaper gathered that Joy died after Muoka‘s evangelistic outreach in Ebonyi State which was attended by a large crowd.

She was said to have attended a vigil of the church after the crusade in Ebonyi on returning to Lagos before she died the following day.

The church’s Public Relations Unit has refused to confirm to newsmen if the woman was dead or alive, but they have not denied the report either.

After over a year, Joy Muoka was eventually buried during the weekend in Imo state with some notable faces present at the low-key ceremony.

Among those present were the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana, and some of his close friends, among others.
