Philip Aduda, a former senator from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has been chosen to lead the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caretaker Committee in Kogi State.
The declaration was made on Sunday night by the PDP National Working Committee, NWC, in a statement from Umar M. Bature, the organization’s national organizing secretary.
After the old elected State Working Committee’s term expires, the committee “will manage our party’s business in the state,” according to Bature.
The head of the 14-person committee will be Aduda, while the secretary will be Hon. George Daika.
Other members are Chief Dayo Akande, Hon Siyaka Uchunaye, Grace Atawodi Audu Idris, Hon Sunday Shigaba, Hon Joshua Adejoh, Paul Ukwenya, Bilkisu Onusagba, Hon Gbenga Olorunnipa, and Hon Sheidu O Abara, Hon MO Sule, and Abiola Olajubu.
