BREAKING: Bawa – Former EFCC Boss Freed From DSS Custody

Abdulrasheed Bawa, the former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been freed from the custody of the Department of State Security.

ENigeria News reports that Bawa who had been in the custody of the DSS for about 134 days was released on Wednesday night.
This development is coming after a report in the media revealed that men of the DSS recovered over N500 million from the former EFCC boss.
