FA Cup semi-finals: Crystal Palace to play Aston Villa, As Man City faces Nottingham Forest

ENigeria News reports that Nottingham Forest, who beat Brighton on penalties in the quarter-finals on Saturday, will take on the seven-time winners at Wembley in their first FA Cup semi-final in 34 years.
The last time the two teams played, Forest won 1-0 at the City Ground in early March. However, Manchester City defeated Nuno Espirito Santo’s team 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium in December.
However, Crystal Palace, which defeated Fulham 3-0 in the round of eight, will play Aston Villa in the other semi-final as the Eagles aim to win the FA Cup for the first time in their history.
ENigeria News reports that after Unai Emery’s team easily defeated Championship team Preston 3-0 in the quarterfinals at Deepdale, seven-time champion Aston Villa is pushing to win the FA Cup for the first time in 68 years.
However, Palace’s most recent encounter with Villa, in which Oliver Glasner’s team won 4-1 at Selhurst Park in the Premier League on February 25, should give them hope.
