A fresh allegation of how Nigerian singer, David Adeleke – Davido’s private jet is allegedly being used for drug trafficking to the United Kingdom has emerged.
ENigeria Newspaper reports that Davido a top Nigerian Afrobeat singer is yet again enmeshed in a drug scandal. Although this is not the first time the singer has been caught in a web of scandal bordering on drugs.
According to his accuser, the singer’s private jet which originally belonged to his father Dr. Adedeji Adeleke is allegedly being used by a member of his team to traffic drugs for a drug cartel leader based in the United Kingdom.
The drugs are said to be taken from Nigeria to London specifically, in a suitcase and when they get to London via Heathrow or Gatwick airport, because they’re usually exonerated from the rigorous immigration hassles since they are occupants of a private jet, that’s how one of his crew smuggles the drugs into London.
Davido who is advised to call members of his crew for a meeting immediately is also said to be having difficulty finding pilots to fly his jet lately.
Kemi Olunloyo who dropped the video online alleged that Pilots who are already aware of the alleged dirty drug trafficking dealing involving Davido’s crew members are afraid of being tainted by a scandal of such magnitude, hence they deliberately avoided flying the private jet lately.
She added that it was the reason why most pilots declined flying the singer to Qatar for his World Cup closing performance.
As at the time of filing this report, Davido is yet to refute the claims by Olunloyo who is known to be very critical of the singer as can be seen in her numerous social media posts calling him out.
