The draw for the quarter-finals of the 2025/26 FA Cup will take place on Monday evening as the race for English football’s oldest domestic trophy gathers momentum.
Sixteen teams advanced to the competition’s fifth round; however, prior to the draw, which will decide the final eight pairings, the number will be lowered to eight.
The Football Association confirmed that the draw will be conducted during the broadcast of the final fifth-round fixture between West Ham United and Brentford.
It is scheduled to take place at around 7:05pm GMT, shortly before kickoff of the match.
There could be heavyweight ties in the following round because a number of well-known teams, like Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester City, have already advanced to the draw.
Leeds United, Southampton, and Port Vale are among the other clubs confirmed for the draw; the results of West Ham vs. Brentford will decide the final spot.

In the fifth round, fans have already been treated to a number of exciting games, such as Liverpool’s play against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Newcastle United’s match against Manchester City, and Wrexham’s match against Chelsea.
The quarter-final fixtures will be played across the weekend of April 3 to April 6, depending on broadcast scheduling.
