Tears rolled uncontrollably, with emotions on the high as prominent Nigerians and friends of Herbert Wigwe visited his parents on Monday in Lagos.
ENigeria News reports that among the dignitaries who visited the aged parents of the deceased Wizkid banker, include Aigboje Aig-Imukhoede who co-founded Access Bank with Wigwe, Aiko Dangote, chairman of Dangote Group; Dapo Abiodun, governor of Ogun State; Atedo Peterside, founder of Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc; and Pat Utomi, chieftain of the Labour Party (LP), among others.
As seen in the photographs below, Wigwe’s parents were uncontrollable as they wailed upon sighting their late son’s bosom friends and fellow billionaires at their private residence in Lagos.
Herbert Wigwe, his wife, son, and Abimbola Ogunbanjo, the former group chairman of the Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group), were onboard the helicopter that crashed with no survivor.
