Kano, the commercial nerve center of Northern Nigeria, is agog as Abdullahi, the son of Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin is set to tie the knot with his heartthrob, Bilkisu Aliyu Sani Madaki.
Among the dignitaries present in Kano for the wedding of Barau Jibrin’s son, are Vice President Kashim Shettima and Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
Bilkisu Aliyu Sani Madaki is the daughter of the Deputy Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep Aliyu Sani Madaki.
The wedding took place at the magnificent Isyaka Rabiu Juma’at Mosque, Goron Dutse, in Kano, after the juma’at prayers.
While Abdullahi Barau Jibrin (Amir) is the groom, Bilkisu, the daughter of the Deputy Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep Aliyu Sani Madaki, is the bride.
Vice President Shettima served as the representative of the groom, while Speaker Abbas stood for the bride.
