This is the biography of Blord, real name Linus Williams Ifejika, who has been in and out of prison after a case with popular social critic Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan.

Two weeks ago, Blord was arrested and detained in Kuje prison over alleged impersonation claim by VeryDarkMan. However, shortly after being granted bail on Friday, he was sent back to Kuje prison.

According to a video that VDM uploaded on his page on Saturday, the businessman and crypto-billionaire was unable to meet his bond requirements. VDM vowed that Blord would stay behind bars until he could provide the court-mandated international passport.

Blord Background

Blord was born in Umuji Ebenebe, Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria, on March 14, 1998. In a family of seven children, he is the oldest. Financial difficulties during his upbringing inspired him to look for ways to escape poverty at an early age. After completing his elementary and secondary schooling in Anambra State, he went on to Madonna University in Nigeria to pursue a degree in public administration, which he earned in 2019.

Blord hails from Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria.

Blord Career and Work Experience

During his time in college, Blord started trading cryptocurrencies. He began modestly but over time established himself as a reliable Bitcoin seller. When he made his first million Naira from trading Bitcoin in 2017, it was his big break. He reached new heights in 2019 when he introduced the B-Lord Bitcoin Store, a cryptocurrency marketplace. Under the B-Lord Group of Companies, he has expanded into other business endeavors, such as real estate, high-end cars, and technological advancements.

In Nigeria, B-Lord Bitcoin Store became a popular place to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. His further hustle work into real estate led to the building of a number of homes and businesses. He is known for living a life of luxury, which includes a fleet of high-end cars like the Mercedes G-Wagon, Rolls-Royce, and Lamborghini Urus.

Because of his success of his success, many young Nigerians look up to him as an example for success in the bitcoin industry. He promotes financial literacy through his platform, especially with regard to trading cryptocurrencies. Along with his business endeavours, he participates in charitable endeavors, giving financial aid and scholarships to those in need, especially in his hometown of Anambra State.

Blord is married to Francisca Linus, and they have a child together. He often posts pictures of his family on social media to show how important they are to him, even though he is very busy.

Networth

As of early 2026, ENigeria Newspaper can confirm that Blord (Linus Williams Ifejika) has a claimed net worth of about $300 million USD as of early 2026, which is frequently cited as exceeding ₦460 billion.

Controversies

Blord’s business operations have come under criticism due to legal challenges: Arrest by EFCC (2020). The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detained Blord in August 2020 on suspicion of participating in identity theft, cryptocurrency schemes, and online fraud. Even though he was eventually freed, the episode raised a lot of awareness about his operations.

In 2023, in response to claims of bitcoin fraud and sponsorship of terrorism, the Nigerian Police started looking into his businesses. He has continuously denied any misconduct in the face of these allegations, and he still manages his companies and keeps up a robust social media presence.

In October 2025, Blord was accused by activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) of raising prices to ₦400,000–₦450,000 for refurbished iPhone XRs that were altered to resemble “iPhone 17 Pro” models. VDM said that similar devices cost ₦280,000 and that this was a scam. The conflict brought attention to problems with counterfeit, rebranded devices on Nigeria’s black market.

In 2026, Blord was arrested and detained in Kuje prison over alleged impersonation claim by VeryDarkMan. VDM claimed he had impersonated his picture to contract a fake ₦500 million brand ambassador deal.
