Ailing Nollywood actor, Mr. Ibu is still in a delicate condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and so far, he has undergone five major surgeries even as he battles to save his life.
Mr. Ibu, real name John Okafor had been down with an unknown illness and had since been asking for assistance from members of the public who are sympathetic to his course.
In 2019, ENigeria News first broke the news of Mr. Ibu’s illness which resulted in a stroke that almost took his life at the time, but he eventually survived. Although the actor denied the report in a viral media interview after he had recovered, close family sources who spoke to us confirmed the news and insisted that ever since he had not remained the same as the symptoms of his last illness kept recurring.
Providing update on the actor’s current health status his family in a statement seen by ENigeria News confirms that he had so far undergone five successful surgeries and still in the ICU recovering.
