The long-running online rivalry between Portable and Carter Efe will finally leave social media and enter the boxing ring tonight as both entertainers headline a celebrity fight event in Lagos.
The highly talked-about bout is part of an influencer boxing card organised by former world champion Amir Khan and is being promoted as one of Africa’s biggest celebrity boxing events yet.
The event is scheduled to hold at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, with activities beginning around 6pm. The main card is expected to start by 7pm, while Portable and Carter Efe are likely to make their ring walks later in the night at 10 pm.
Beyond the main event, the fight card will also feature several international and African fighters, including clashes involving Michael McKinson, Mohammad Sahnoun, Elvis Ahorgah and Joe Laws.
Fans across the world will be able to stream the fight live on DAZN.
With millions of followers combined across social media platforms, both men are expected to bring their internet drama into a real sporting contest before a packed audience.

Portable record in charity bout
For Portable, the bout presents another chance to extend his celebrity boxing record after victories against Speed Darlington and Charles Okocha in previous matches.
He has also recorded a victory against Kizz Daniel’s bodyguard Kelvin Power.
